To prevent credit card fraud, we require that that the billing address match the shipping address for each order. Orders that do not use a credit card whose billing address matches the shipping address will not be accepted. If, for any reason, an order is accepted but contains unmatched billing and shipping addresses, the order will be canceled and the amount billed will be returned within thirty (30) days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns of any kind, for any reason. If there is an issue with any products we ship, and we deem, in our sole discretion, that the issue arose from a manufacturing error, or any error on the part of Fabrica Aster, we will do our best to rectify or replace any component affected by our error/s.

SECTION 4 - Shopify. Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data, including credit card information, is handled in accordance to their policies and terms.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING Normally orders ship within two business days (not including weekends and holidays). During times of high volume, order processing times can be delayed a day or two.

All orders are sent using UPS. Fabrica Aster will be displayed on the return address. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. All visible shipping times are estimates provided by UPS.

Orders with expedited shipping services must be placed before 10:30am PDT to ship the same day, and will be processed in the order that they are received. Purchasing an expedited shipping service, such as 1-day or Overnight, does not necessarily mean the order will arrive overnight. Your guaranteed arrival time is determined once your order is picked up by a service carrier.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders over the weekend or on holidays. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update in the carrier’s system once your tracking number arrives via email.

Fabrica Aster will not take responsibility for packages or items that are damaged, lost, or stolen after shipping. You will need to UPS directly for these issues.

Insurance is included in the cost of shipping.

We require a signature for shipment delivery. We strongly recommend that customers track their package and ensure someone over the age of 21 is available to sign for it.
